12/15/06 Jill Norman - Her days spent as a recruiter in Chi-town, preparing for the Boston Marathon, Bon Jovi (the man of her dreams), and why inebriation never brings good things - unless you're shakin' it on a pontoon boat.

ES: Where do you reside?
JN: Lincoln Park (North side of Chi-town)

ES: What makes you money today?
JN: Recruiting for a hedge fund

ES: What is your title, what do you do, and where?
JN: Recruiting Coordinator. I spend my days trying to find the smartest, most talented individuals across the globe to trade and analyze financial markets. These people risk lots of money but make lots of it too.

ES: What time do you wake up & what's the first thing you do?
JN: Between 4-5...I know something is wrong with me. I actually love my morning jogs along Lake Michigan so the kicks are on and I'm out the door before I begin to realize how early it really is.

ES: What do you do in your spare time?
JN: Spare time is spent running, playing as many outdoor sports as Chicago will allow, watching football especially the Hawks and the Bears, and going out/drinking/dancing with my best friends.

ES: What's in your cd player right now?
JN: The most random of tunes but I can't live without Bon Jovi, 80's ballads, Alkaline Trio, Tim McGraw, Rascal Flatts, Hinder and The Fray.

ES: What's your favorite website and why? (Eric-Sharp.com is not electable)
JN: That's a toss up between www.runnersworld.com and www.zappos.com which in turn is making me decide between reading up on running tips/blurbs and shoe shopping - I just can't choose.

ES: List a few of your short term goals. (Travel, career, personal, etc.)
JN: Travel to Ireland and Italy (or anywhere for that matter..who wants to stay in one place?), decide if I really want/need to go to dental school & running the Boston Marathon.

ES: If you could spend a day with anyone in the world (living), who would it be and why?
JN: Jon Bon Jovi. He's a bad ass yet seems to be one of the nicest people to walk the planet.

ES: Favorite movies of all time?
JN: Karate Kid, Dirty Dancing, Caddy Shack, Wedding Crashers

ES: If you were given the power to either fly (45 mph max), or become invisible for a designated duration of 30 minutes every day, which one would you choose & why?
JN: Invisible - hands down. But not in my place of employment, I don't really care to know what these people do when I'm not around. I would have to choose either to watch someone I really don't trust or someone that holds their cards real close.

ES: Have you ever been arrested? If so, what for?
JN: It's nearly impossible to graduate from the University of Iowa without an underage drinking ticket. I got 2 before the ripe age of 21.

ES: What's your most favorite memory of Eric?
JN: Thinking he had the best dancing moves, Sharpy thought it would be a good drunken decision to dance on Luke's pontoon boat. In case anyone was wondering, his skills are a bit lacking. :)

Thanks for the interview Jill!!
